Liter to work is posted at the end of the task or part-invoiced for longer stays in the task. For long-term tasks, is invoiced continuously at the end of a month.

A 14-day payment period is granted unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge collection fees and interest.

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before booked test time, we reserve the right to charge up to two hours. If a task is stopped by the customer and the product blocks a test setup, the test self hourly rate will be charged during the time 8 am - 4 pm.

Agreed storage of products outside test stands is free of charge.

After the test is completed, the customer is responsible for picking up or paying handling and shipping costs for the product to be returned. If no agreement is reached within ½ year after testing, the product will be destroyed. For environmental reasons, we reserve the right to reuse relevant parts, however, with the removal of any company name.

Bolls ApS disclaims any liability for direct or indirect consequences, damages, disadvantages and possible losses, as a result of deviations in advice and results obtained through Bolls ApS test equipment and test methods.

Bolls ApS can in no way be held liable for product liability or be held responsible for any errors or shortcomings in compliance with applicable legislation.

For customers' products in our custody during testing, the customer must be insured against fire, water damage and theft.

Products submitted for testing cannot be expected to be returned in working condition, as certain EMC, environmental and electrical safety tests in particular may be destructive or degrade the reliability/safety of the products.
