This privacy and personal data policy is summarized in order to better inform you as a customer about what personal data Bolls ApS processes and how we process it – personal data must be understood as all personally identifiable data. Bolls ApS respects all requests for the confidentiality of personal information provided online and is aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of all personal information that we receive.

If the personal data policy below cannot be accepted, Bolls ApS reserves the right to reject orders and other inquiries, as a lack of acceptance may result in Bolls ApS not being able to service the relationship, which is otherwise required by applicable law.

Personal data

Personal data covers all data that can be used to identify persons, including but not limited to first, middle and last name, age, gender, position, home address or other physical address, email address or other contact information, whether related to their private residence or workplace.

Likewise, personal data also contains data such as behaviour, purchase history, financial information, etc., all of which are used in maintaining the customer and supplier relationship between customers and Bolls ApS.

What personal data do we collect and process?

You can access Bolls.dk without informing us of your personal data.

Bolls needs little personal data in order to trade with you and your company, maintain customer service and market products and services. Certain information is also collected and processed in accordance with legal requirements under the Money Laundering and Accounting Act.

The following information may be collected and processed when you shop at Bolls ApS: Email address, first and last name, company name, CVR number, company address, company phone number, technical details, and data that may be necessary for the completion of a trade.

Bolls collects and processes information about you when you:

- Sending us an e-mail

– Asking for quote

– Sends inquiries, complaints and/or interacts with Bolls in other ways

– Sign up for newsletters (only email address is transferred to other data processor)

– Provides personal data by other means to Bolls ApS.

Bolls ApS collects only the personal data necessary to provide a service or product, market services and products, or process inquiries.

Bolls does not collect and/or purchase personally identifiable information from third parties.

Bolls NO longer uses Google Analytics to collect visitor statistics on our website. Nor other similar services. We keep an eye on the fact that no additional programs used for website design etc. use coockies. Should you suspect, contrary to expectations, that coockies or equivalent are used when visiting our website, we very much hope that you will inform us of this as soon as possible.

If you access our website via a search on Google, Krak, Bing etc., we cannot guarantee what these services might register.

If you generally do not want websites to identify your PC, mobile, etc. using cookies, you can turn off the use of cookies in your browser. This does not affect the use of our website.

Among Bolls ApS and all business partners and suppliers is a data processor agreement, which must at all times safeguard the interests of users and customers. These agreements can be presented on request at any time.

Where is your personal data stored?

Your information is primarily stored on our servers in Denmark. Some personal data is managed by a third party (data processor), which stores and processes personal data on behalf of Bolls in accordance with this data policy and applicable data protection legislation.

If you ever wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each email. However, if you have problems unsubsting, you can contact us via the contact information below.

By unsubscribing from marketing from Bolls ApS and/or by wishing us to delete any commitments you have made to us, these will not be restored. If you ever want later insight into what we have sent you in the past, previous offers or the like, please note that these cannot be recreated.

How long is your personal data stored?

In an active customer relationship, your data is stored for as long as necessary in order for us to serve you. If the customer relationship is interrupted, your data will be stored up to two years, depending on the nature of the data. Emails used for marketing are automatically deleted or retained based on your behavior.

You can ask for insight or deletion of your data at any time. Other legislation (the Bookkeeping and Money Laundering Act) preserves all transactional data, including contact and company information, for at least five years.

Please note that you must actively tell us if the customer relationship is to end; otherwise, we have no knowledge that it has ceased, and data will only be deleted if your company ceased to exist.

Data leak

We take security breaches and data leakage very seriously. In the event of suspected data leakage from Bolls ApS' internal servers or external partners, a number of initiatives are launched to protect our customers and users in the best possible way.

This includes, among other things, uncovering the extent of the potential damage, notifying potentially affected customers and users, notifying the Danish Data Protection Agency, and actions to try to contain the extent of the damage.

If we suspect data leakage from Bolls ApS or its external partners, all involved, including the user, will be informed within 72 hours. If you suspect that your data has been leaked from Bolls ApS, please contact us at any time.

Access to information

You can change your information at any time, including whether you want us to unsubscribe from newsletters.
