Step into a dynamic environment dedicated to quality and safety

We are looking for:

Electrical Safety Specialist

Do you have expertise in electrical safety, and do you enjoy combining hands-on laboratory work with advising clients? Bolls is a specialized testing center in Stenløse, and we are looking for a specialist who will take charge of our electrical safety testing and help shape our professional development.

At our company, testing isn’t just a formality. As an electrical safety specialist, you’ll ensure that technical products are safe to release into the world, where errors in design or documentation can have real-world consequences. You’ll be part of a team that works across a wide range of areas, including CE marking, EMC, and environmental testing, giving you insight into the entire approval process—from clarifying requirements to implementing practical solutions.

As a key member of a small team, you’ll work closely with customers, products, and decision-making processes. You won’t be just one of many, but a specialist with real influence over how we develop our electrical safety division going forward.

Your Day-to-Day Life at Bolls

As our new specialist, you’ll play a key role in our testing laboratory. Your day-to-day work will alternate between delving into complex standards and working hands-on with the equipment.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Electrical Safety Testing: You will conduct tests and provide advice to our customers throughout the entire process.

  • Standardization: You read and interpret standards, and you have experience with—or are eager to gain experience with—working with IEC TRF reports.

  • Customer Consulting: You communicate results and solutions directly to our customers, helping them feel confident in their product development.

Your secondary opportunities: Once you are familiar with our core tasks, there are ample opportunities to expand your role into other areas of our laboratory, including EMC testing, radio (RED), MIL testing, environmental testing, or acoustic and optical measurements.

We imagine that you:

  • have a technical background as an engineer, technician, marine engineer, electronics specialist, or similar

  • has experience with measurement technology, testing, electronics, electrical safety, or technical standards

  • wants to work in a structured way with documentation and reporting

  • is good at explaining technical issues so that everyone can follow along

  • speaks and writes Danish fluently, as much of the customer communication and documentation is in Danish

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with:

  • IEC Standards

  • TRF Reports

  • CE marking

  • EMC, RED, MIL, environmental testing, or similar

What We Offer

At Bolls, you'll be part of a small, informal team where ideas are quickly turned into action.

  • Professional influence: Opportunity to participate in standardization work through Dansk Standard and ERFA groups under SPM.

  • Flexibility: We offer a relaxed work culture, flexible working hours, and the option to work part-time if that fits better into your life.

  • Influence: As part of a small company, you’ll have a significant say in your own day-to-day work and the direction of the company.
