Terms
Liter to work is posted at the end of the task or part-invoiced for longer stays in the task. For long-term tasks, is invoiced continuously at the end of a month.
A 14-day payment period is granted unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge collection fees and interest.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled test time, we reserve the right to charge up to 3 hours per canceled reservation per day. If a project is halted by the customer and/or the product blocks a test setup, the standard hourly rate will be charged for the time between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Agreed storage of products outside test stands is free of charge.
Upon completion of the test, the customer is responsible for picking up or paying handling and freight for the product to be returned. If no agreement is reached within 2 months after testing, the product will be destroyed. For environmental reasons, we reserve the right to reuse relevant parts, however, after removing any company name.

For customers' products in our custody during testing, the customer must be insured against fire, water damage and theft.
Products submitted for testing cannot be expected to be returned in working order as certain EMC, environmental and electrical safety tests in particular can be destructive or degrade the reliability/safety of the products.

Yes, our Advice and Test Center can make appointments with companies all over Denmark as needed. For many tests it is not necessary to be physically present, just send the product with a guide and we will call if there are things that need to be clarified.
