Welcome to Boll's EMC testing service!
We offer comprehensive EMC testing performed in our own state-of-the-art EMC lab.
We provide comprehensive EMC test reports that are often accepted globally in line with accredited reports, but at a fraction of the cost.
Should your product fail one or more tests, our experienced team has extensive troubleshooting expertise and can suggest practical solutions. We also recommend that designers participate in the test to transfer important knowledge about any issues.
Our wide range of tests includes emission testing from 30 MHz to 7 GHz (18 GHz), magnetic field emission from 25 Hz to 30 MHz, conducted emission from 9 kHz to 300 MHz and much more. We also cover all common product family standards and perform specialized tests such as ISO 7637 for automotive equipment, EN 60945 for marine equipment and part of DO 160 for aircraft equipment.
We have various supply sources available for the tests, including 50 - 250 Vac, 16.7 - 400 Hz supply up to 16A in 1 phase and 0 - 400 Vac, 50 Hz, 16A/phase in 3 phases (up to 32A for certain tests), and up to 60Vdc at 60A.

Emissions test
Bolls ApS uses a super-fast Rohde & Schwarz measurement receiver, which makes the test efficient.
The measurement receiver comes into its own during troubleshooting, where you can instantly see the effect of your corrections across the entire frequency range.

At our monitor room test station, there are 4 surveillance cameras that make it super easy to see if the product is working properly.
